Frequently Asked Questions

What if I'm not a local government?

We are in the process of tailoring AccelAdapt to facility-scale customers like airports, campuses, private land developments, and other installations. If you'd like to learn more, please contact us.

What does AccelAdapt cost?

Pricing varies by jurisdiction size and a few other variables like update frequency and how much assistance you'd like from us in other supporting services. We have a successful track record of staging work such that it fits under typical purchase order limits. Let's talk to discuss your needs.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Absolutely! We have worked with more than a dozen local governments across several states to provide products and services under purchase order vehicles.

Do you offer a free trial?

Based on the depth of integration required to perform the AccelAdapt analysis using local land records, we do not offer a free trial. We do offer a detailed demonstration instance of the product based on anonymized data from one of our customers. If you are interested, please contact us.

What if AccelAdapt can't work with our data?

As a part of integration, we perform a data quality check to confirm everything fits. We also offer this data quality check as a standalone service for $1,500, creditable to project integration. If you'd like to learn more, please contact us.

If I'm hosting the AccelAdapt outputs on AGOL, does that consume credits?

The AccelAdapt feature services do consume credits from your AGOL account. Most customers consume between 4-8 credits a day which is about $150-$300/year.

What if I want more frequent updates than are offered in the plan?

We can provide updates to your assessment as rapidly as you update your asset data (but give us a day to crunch the numbers and update your services). Please contact us for a custom quote for the update frequency you're interested in.

How do I turn the AccelAdapt products into a full resilience plan?

We offer a number of support services to build on your analysis. These include developing a full resilience plan that can be appended to your comprehensive plan, developing a public communications strategy, and helping to prioritize options to deal with the vulnerabilities identified. Please contact us and if we can't help, we'll direct you to a provider who can.
